LSC Digital hires Audra Jones, Manager, Customer Success and Ryan Franciscus Senior Technical Solution Specialist
LSC Digital is pleased to announce that Audra Jones, formally of IBM and Ryan Franciscus formally of HM Health Solutions have joined the LSC Digital team.
The addition of Audra and Ryan creates an analytics powerhouse at LSC Digital.
Audra brings over 20 years of experience in Client Success and project execution along with a deep knowledge of the digital marketing industry. During her tenure at IBM Audra focused on analytics and developing digital growth strategy for her more than 15 Enterprise clients. Audra’s in-depth knowledge of IBM Watson CXA will enable LSC to provide superior analytics programs to our clients. Audra will lead LSC’s Client Digital Analytics department, in charge of strategy, implementation and execution.
Ryan comes to LSC with more than 9 years of experience as a Senior Application Developer, specializing in software integration. Utilizing his vast technical software knowledge and integration skills, Ryan is a top resource in the industry for IBM’s Watson Marketing products. Ryan will continue to leverage IBM software to develop end-to-end solutions across an enterprise, and provide LSC Digital clients with a seamless marketing platform across their digital sites. Ryan’s technical skills will further advance LSC’s ability to architect, design and implement digital solutions, to drive strong ROI’s for LSC’s large client base.
